3.Point of contact under the Digital Services Act
Tencoline hosts content that its users upload, so Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 apply. Both authorities and users can reach us electronically, in German or English:
- Authorities and Member State bodies: legal@tencoline.com
- Users and anybody reporting content: abuse@tencoline.com
The procedure for reporting unlawful content, and what happens afterwards, is in the copyright and content complaints page.
4.Consumer disputes
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
Write to legal@tencoline.com first. Most complaints are settled that way, and it costs neither side anything.
5.Liability for links and content
We are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general law. As a service provider we are not obliged to monitor what users transmit or store, or to look for signs of unlawful activity (§§ 7 to 10 DDG, Art. 6 and 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). The duty to remove or block content under the general law is unaffected, and starts when we learn of a concrete infringement.
Our pages link to sites we do not run. We checked those links for unlawful content when we made them and found none. We cannot check them continuously. Tell us at abuse@tencoline.com if a link here has gone bad and we will remove it.
6.Copyright
The content on these pages is protected by German copyright law. Any use beyond what that law permits needs our written agreement.
Videos that users upload belong to the users who uploaded them. To report an infringement, see copyright and content complaints.
